The home is bright and has an open concept with a river rock featured fireplace for those winter evenings. The interior has log construction complemented by main floor hardwood which gives the rustic feel that fits with the Canmore ethos of outdoor activity. The vaulted ceiling of the living area gives an open feel enhanced by beautiful furnishings, clean contemporary lines, and lots of natural light. The unit offers 6 beds, 3.5 baths, and an open concept kitchen/ living area ideal for entertaining/ family time. There is a steam shower for relaxing after a day on the slopes and recreation room for family entertaining and fun.

The property is a 5 minute drive from the center of Canmore where there are a number of shops, restaurants and pubs .The internationally renowned town of Banff is merely 20 minutes away by car yet the Legacy trail also allows ‘off road’ cycling between the communities. There is an abundance of mountain biking trails and hiking accessible within minutes in this beautiful mountain valley. Within an hour’s drive there are 4 exceptional ski resorts and the Olympic Cross country ski trails start from within Canmore. The walk to Canmore from the property is downhill and takes 10 minutes. The return is uphill so may take longer. There is a taxi and Uber service available. A 2-minute walk away is the Iron Goat Bar and Grill which can be be found by turning left out of the driveway and left again by the children’s park which leads to a cul-de-sac beyond which is a short path to the restaurant. It has spectacular views across the Bow Valley. Cougar Creek is a 10-minute walk away and this has access to walking and biking trails. There are 2 spectacular golf courses in Canmore at Silver Tip and Stewart Creek. Clubhouse food is good.

The Space: the ground floor features a spacious sitting area, TV, a dining space, a modern kitchen and half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, tea pot, coffee machine, dishware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, and much more. The communal living space is dominated by the fireplace with featured bed rock surround. Laundry room doubles as a ‘mud room’ and ski storage area within the attached double garage.

The basement has 2 bedrooms with a steam shower and recreation room. The top floor has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom offers plenty of space and comes with a comfy king-size bed, walk-in closet and European style en-suite bathroom, a glass walk-in shower, 2 sinks, and a toilet. The second and third bedrooms features queen-size beds, closet, with shared bathroom. There’s also a bedroom with a double size bed on the main floor.

Our property is quiet, safe, and suitable for families with kids of all ages (including babies/ infants). You will find everything you need to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. If needed the property offers a baby bath, baby gates, changing table, high chair, a pack-and-play, kids’ cups and plates. The property is in close proximity to a playground, walking paths, and stunning views. Families with kids are welcome!

We accept well trained/behaved pets but limit pet’s acceptance to hypoallergenic non shedding pets only. We all know how problematic pet hair and dander can be for pet-allergic guests. Guests with pets, please let us know you are brining your pets and consider other guests health conditions, thank you!
